Our standard delivery service is FREE on all orders of £695 or above. For all orders under £695 then delivery will be £45 to all areas in the UK, which we deliver to, more information on these areas can be found in our Terms and Conditions. Collections can be made free of charge; customers are welcome to collect carpets and accessories from our warehouse, we advise all customers to call us free on 0800 0356677 and order over the phone and state you wish to collect, we will then give you an order number and tell you when your carpet will be ready to collect by.

Our prices are some of the lowest in the entire UK, therefore delivery charges are there to cover our costs only. We encourage all customers to get to the checkout page to see exactly what the carpet will cost delivered, therefore you will see the savings you will be making on the overall price.

Delivery of your carpet will usually be between 7 - 10 working days from stock. Orders maybe earlier depending on the area you order from and the timescale until we are next in your area delivering. Orders placed on carpets out of stock will be ordered immediately and once in stock will be dispatched immediately. Before ordering any carpet we advise you to check stock before ordering, this way we will be able to give you a more accurate delivery date.

We often refer our customers to the National Institute of Carpet and Floorlayers (www.nicfltd.org.uk) who offer the very best proffessional carpet fitters throughout the UK. Through using thier excellent website, you will be able to find a list of carpet and floorlayers in your area with addresses and telephone numbers, so you can contact them direct and arrange a quote or booking. Each fitter listed on the NICF website has been assessed to the very highest standards, but Carpet UK does not endorse any fitter or will not be held responsible for their work, we share this facility with our customers who require a professional installer.
